Q: What does it cost to fix, install and maintain my computer?

Q: Some places charge a "NO FIX NO FEE", why do you not do this?
A: There is no such thing as ""NO FIX NO FEE" as almost everything is fixable unless either a complete hardware failure or software corruption which requires reinstallation. We do not stock computer parts but we will guide you / install replacements.
Q: I have a small network already but I need a server and guidance to what I should do next, can you direct me?
A: Consulting is free! Installations & maintenance are charged differently depending on the project due to how much work is involved. If it's over a certain number of hours then the price would vary e.g. daily rates.
Q: How can you test my computer to check if anything is faulty or locate my intermittent problems?
A: Apart from taking the normal steps in fault finding, specialized software is used to find exactly what faults there are on the main board & it will check on absolutely everything on a computer. Stress tests can be carried out for in-depth performance and integrity analysis. The only test that can take considerable amount of time are hard disks and memory. It will be more cost effective to take you computer off site.
Q: Are your technicians qualified?
A: They are all MCP (Microsoft Certified Professionals) to MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers). Fully experienced & certified!
Q: Is there anything you can not fix?
A: We deal with most hardware & Microsoft products, not MAC or *nix based computers. If you are in any doubt then please contact us for details.
Q: Do you design and promote websites?
A: Certain coding needs to be inserted in your web pages and continuously submitted to search engines. Not only can we design your site but support and promotional services can be provided. Contact us for more details.
Q: Are you available late evenings or weekends?
A: Special arrangements can be made as your projects grow or your needs need to be met at certain times & days. We are contactable and available 24/7 so please contact us for further details.
